#EqualGame campaign started at the National Football Base in Boyana
The Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) hosted a friendly match with representatives of the National organization “Little Bulgarian People” at the National Football Base.
The match launched the UEFA`s #EqualGame campaign in Bulgaria.
The BFU Deputy General Secretaries Anton Popov and Pavel Kolev, the Executive Committee member Emil Kostadinov and Bulgaria’s A team head coach Petar Hubchev were special guests of the event and expressed their firm support to the fight against discrimination on and off the pitch.
The president of The Confederation of Labour “Podkrepa” Dimitar Manolov was among the guests. The Chairman of the National organization “Little Bulgarian People” Svetoslav Chernev and his teammates received kits and balls as well as an invitation to play their favorite sport whenever they want at the National Football Base.
The A National team assistant coaches Georgi Donkov and Levon Apkaryan as well as the U21 head coach Antoni Zdravkov took part in a match that was a demonstration of good mood and positive emotions.
After the end of the game, the A national team doctor and member of UEFA`s Medical Committee Biser Bochev, gave a short lecture on the relationship between sport and the healthy lifestyle of little people.
