Mr. Frank Ludolph, Head of Football Education Services at UEFA, sent an official congratulatory letter to the Bulgarian Football Union underlining the positive assessment of the coach education programmes run by the BFU.
“The UEFA Jira Panel met in Paris on 11-12 October 2022 and acknowledged the positive evaluation of the Bulgarian Football Union’s coach education programme, confirming your continued membership of the UEFA Coaching Convention. As you know, this procedure takes place every three years as a measure to maintain the convention’s high quality, but also to exchange ideas between technical experts about modern methodologies and effective ways of applying reality-based learning principles. We wish you continued success with coach education in the future”, writes Mr. Ludolph.
In a different letter the Head of Football Education Services acknowledges that Bulgaria is now entitled to provide UEFA C diploma courses and issue UEFA C diplomas to course graduates. “Following a successful evaluation process and collaboration with Georgi Ivanov, Emil Atanasov and Desislava Koleva-Ivanova we recomment the Bulgarian Football Union for membership of the UEFA Coaching Convention at this additional level. Our designated UEFA grassroots expert Stuart Grieve has highlighted the high quality of your submission and will be in continued cooperation with you to ensure continued support of your delivery plan and your continued growth and quality of grassroots coach education.
Well done on this important achievement in grassroots coach education and we wish you the very best of luck with your future courses!”
